Your vendor booth reservation secures dedicated booth space at Pinhoti Fest based on the size selected.

Please note that the booth fee includes space only. Vendors are responsible for providing all setup needs, including—but not limited to—tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage, power sources, extension cords, and any other supplies required for their booth. Power is not provided
unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Pinhoti Fest is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Vendors should plan accordingly and come prepared for varying weather conditions.

Vendor booth fees are non-refundable in the event of no-shows or vendor-initiated cancellations. In the rare case that a vendor application is not approved by the event organizers, booth fees will be refunded in full.

We appreciate the time, effort, and resources it takes to participate as a vendor and strive to create a positive, well-attended experience for everyone involved.

Available Ad Sizes:

• Half Page Ad: 5" wide × 3.5" high

• Full Page Ad: 5" × 7" (full bleed, high resolution)

Ad Requirements:

• High-resolution ad artwork suitable for print

• A high-resolution image or graphic for social media promotion

If ad artwork is not received by the required deadline, your logo will be used in place of a full ad to ensure inclusion in the guide.
