We couldn’t have such an incredible event without your participation!

Pinhoti Fest is intentionally curated to serve hikers, outdoor enthusiasts, and the outdoor-curious.
Our goal is to create a meaningful, aligned experience for attendees and a profitable, worthwhile experience for our vendors.

We welcome vendors whose products or services:

• Support Hiking, backpacking, trail running, and outdoor adventure

• Support Outdoor education, safety, and preparedness

• Promote Sustainability, conservation, and Leave No Trace principles

• Promote Outdoor lifestyle brands that naturally resonate with our audience

• Promote the Pinhoti Trail or other recreational trails in Alabama or Georgia
  

To ensure the best experience for everyone, all vendor applications are reviewed prior to approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline applications that are not aligned with the purpose and focus of the festival.

This curation allows us to maintain a cohesive event and helps ensure vendors are reaching an audience that is genuinely interested in what they offer.
